Our services
Transaction Management: $400 per side / $600 dual side, due at closing
Documentation review and verification; securing missing documents and signatures; introductory emails and courtesy calls/texts to all parties; tracking wire instructions and timely receipt of the earnest money deposit; scheduling and managing inspections, appraisals, final walk-throughs and closing; real-time progress through our online portal; proactive deadline and milestone updates; title and lender follow-up; home warranty (if applicable); utilities information for buyers; uploading documents for broker compliance; obtaining the DA and sending it to title; reviewing closing statements; and requesting a Google review on your behalf.
Listing Management: $250, due upon MLS activation
Seller documents signed and complete; professional photography scheduling; photos, virtual tours and disclosures uploaded; ShowingTime setup; HOA documents ordered; broker-approval uploads; open houses scheduled in MLS; third-party sign installation coordinated.
Compliance Management: $200, due at closing
Documentation review; uploading required documents for compliance approval; sending the DA to title (if applicable); uploading closing docs for final brokerage compliance. Note: this service does not include communication or coordination with the parties.

You stay in charge of everything that needs a license. Negotiations and other licensed activities remain with the agent.

CVP Virtual is based in Lake Nona, the master-planned community in southeast Orlando next to Orlando International Airport and home to Lake Nona Medical City.
Lake Nona is still growing, with new residential and commercial construction planned for years to come, and we have a lot of experience managing new construction contracts from contract to close.
We’ve been coordinating Florida transactions since 2018, and we bring that same detail-first approach to agents across the state.

How it works
- Book a call or register. New agents fill out the New Agent Registration form.
- Submit your file. Use the Start a Transaction intake form and include the fully executed contract and addenda.
- We take over coordination. Intro emails to all parties, deadline tracking, scheduling, and title/lender follow-up, with real-time updates in the portal.
- You focus on the licensed work. You attend inspections, appraisals and walk-throughs, handle negotiations, and update the MLS status.
- We close it out. Closing statement review, compliance uploads, DA to title and a Google review request. Our fee is due at closing.

No. We’re based in Orlando, but we work virtually with agents across Florida, including Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, South Florida, Southwest Florida and Sarasota.
Transaction Management is $400 per side ($600 dual side) and Listing Management is $250. Compliance Management is $200. Transaction and compliance fees are due at closing; the listing fee is due upon MLS activation.
